What these words mean
- Sent
- The provider accepted the message. That is not the same as the handset receiving it — no Bangladeshi gateway reports final delivery back to us, so this screen never claims it.
- Failed
- The provider refused it, or could not be reached. The reason is on each row of the full message log.
- Blocked
- The service refused to send: the gateway is switched off, a rate limit or the daily cap was reached, or the same text went to that number moments earlier. Nothing was sent and nothing was charged.
- Skipped
- There was nobody to send to — a department with no number set, or a customer with no mobile on record.
- Queued
- A row was reserved and the provider call is still in flight.
